Purpose:

The purpose of this church is to honor and glorify God by (1) acting as a means by which believers can effectively evangelize the local area and the uttermost parts of the earth and (2) edifying believers through worship, prayer, training and fellowship.  As stated in our church constitution:  We, being born-again and Bible-believing Christians by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ; believing the Bible to be the divinely inspired and authoritativ Word of God and final authority for the Christian faith and practice; accepting the historic Baptist distinctives; in the interest of growth in grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ through worship and work; and that we might fulfill our responsibilities to propagate the Word of God both at home and abroad; and to contend earnestly for the faith; and that "all things might be done decently and in order," do therefore bank ourselves together as a body of baptized believers in Jesus Christ."
